Unit trash should be placed in the dumpster and not in the common area waste bins. Your help in keeping the property clean and attractive is appreciated.

Guests must respect the “No Smoking” policy in units so designated. Help keep the dunes clean by disposing of cigarette butts in ashtrays.

The dunes are a critical part of the coastal habitat and preservation of the beach. Please keep off of the dunes. Do not climb over balcony or walkway rails to access the beach. Use the designated beach walkover on the west side of the building.

Codes for the beach access gate are provided by rental companies for registered guests to use during their stay only.

Please refer any questions or concerns to your rental management company.

Requests and Other Information for Guests2020-06-26T20:40:04+00:00

We appreciate owners and guest not parking large vehicles on the north side of the dumpster. Please follow the signs noted “Only Compact Cars”- if a large vehicle is parked there, the dumpster truck driver cannot open the dumpster gates and the trash cannot be emptied.

Luggage carts are available near the elevator. Please, no luggage cart inside the condos.

Grocery carts are available under the west stairwell for everyone’s use- please return there after use.

A trash can by the beach end of the beach walkover is provided for your trash from the beach- please use it! Please don’t leave trash on the walkover.

We are a turtle nesting ground! Florida law prohibits bright lights visible from the beach at night- they disorient the turtles. If you are lucky enough to find a turtle nest, don’t disturb it! Nests are protected by Florida law.

Our sand dunes are an important part of the Destin ecosystem and are protected by Florida law. Don’t walk through, play on or disturb the dunes.

Here are a few Okaloosa County beach laws:

    • No dogs on the beach at any time.
    • No beach gear or tents can remain on the beach overnight- your gear will be confiscated and discarded.
    • No glass on the beach
    • No underage alcohol consumption
